6 years agoHouston Astros first baseman/designated hitter Tyler White will head into the playoffs as one of the hottest second-half hitters in their lineup. White has really emerged since the All-Star break, slashing .287/.350/.551 over his last 51 games with three triples, 10 home runs, 11 doubles and 39 runs batted in. White has also done some serious damage hitting at Minute Maid Park, posting a .292/.380/.604 with six doubles, nine home runs and 26 RBI in 35 home games. Almost all of the Astros hitters numbers take a slight dip at Minute Maid Park except for White. The 27-year-old is in line to play a significant role in the Astros 2018 playoff push.--Joey C - RotoBaller
