2 years agoNew York Mets starting pitcher Tylor Megill (biceps) will make a minor league rehab start for Double-A Binghamton on Sunday. Megill is expected to go four innings in the outing after last pitching for the Mets on May 11. The 26-year-old might only need a couple of rehab starts before he's activated to rejoin the starting rotation, barring any setbacks. Megill will slide right back into the Mets rotation when he's ready with Max Scherzer still on the injured list and Jacob deGrom yet to make his 2022 season debut. In seven starts in his second MLB season, Megill has a 4.41 ERA and a 1.12 WHIP with 37 strikeouts and nine walks allowed in 34 2/3 innings pitched.--Keith Hernandez - RotoBaller
