The 29-year-old could continue to hold off until after the NFL Draft in April before testing the market, primarily since teams should be more willing to spend money on enhancing weaker positions. Mathieu has 605 total tackles, 26 interceptions, 10 sacks, and three defensive touchdowns throughout his nine years of service.
