3 years agoThe Baltimore Ravens placed offensive tackle/guard Tyre Phillips (knee) on Injured Reserve on Thursday, which will likely end his season. Last year's third-round pick has started 13 games for the Ravens, but staying healthy has been a problem for him, as he played in only eight games in his rookie season and five games this year. Phillips initially suffered his knee injury on Dec. 19 against the Green Bay Packers, and it's his second knee injury in 2021 after being carted off the field in the season opener. He started the season as the team's starting left guard and will likely compete for that job again in 2022 with third-round rookie Ben Cleveland. Phillips has mostly been used as a right tackle fill-in when Patrick Mekari has been banged up.--Keith Hernandez - RotoBaller
