4 years agoLos Angeles Chargers quarterback Tyrod Taylor (chest, ribs) is still in a week-to-week injury situation, head coach Anthony Lynn confirmed Monday. Rookie Justin Herbert has splashed on the scene and looked the part of a starting QB, although he has gone 0-3 in his short time as the starter. Lynn said that he would need to speak with the training staff before providing any kind of update on Taylor’s status for Week 5 when the team travels to play the Saints on Monday Night Football. It sounds as if Taylor is healthy, the starting gig is still his to lose, which may check some of Herbert’s season-long fantasy intrigue. Whomever suits up at QB for the Chargers should have some low end season-long appeal, with high DFS upside against a Saints Defense that has yielded 30.8 points through its first four games this season.--Jesse Borek
