3 years agoHouston Texans quarterback Tyrod Taylor (hamstring) plans to return to practice on Wednesday after injuring his hamstring in Week 2. As long as the veteran doesn't suffer any setbacks during the week, he is likely to start under center for the Texans in a matchup against the Rams defense. While the Texans offense will likely not suddenly become a powerhouse, Taylor looked good during Week 1, and his return improves the fantasy ceilings for both wide receivers Brandin Cooks and Nico Collins. Also, Taylor himself would become usable in two-QB leagues given his rushing upside. The Rams, despite their glowing reputation, are actually 20th in the league in points allowed to fantasy quarterbacks, so there is a chance that Taylor can put up enough garbage-time points to be a useful option this week.--Eric Samulski - RotoBaller
