Tyrod Taylor Will Start In 2018; Rookie QB Will Sit
7 years agoCleveland Browns head coach Hue Jackson reaffirmed on Tuesday that Tyrod Taylor will be the team's starting quarterback for the 2018 season. It is no secret that the Browns plan to select a quarterback with their first overall pick in the NFL draft on April 26, but Jackson confirmed that whoever that player is, he will sit on the sidelines and learn the ropes in his rookie year. Taylor is primed to have a big season, as he will work with the best set of offensive weapons that he has ever had in his career. Barring an injury or a catastrophic meltdown, it appears Taylor will be under center for all 16 of the Browns games in 2018.
