3 years agoLos Angeles Chargers wide receiver Tyron Johnson was targeted six times in Sunday's preseason game against the San Francisco 49ers. Johnson would catch four of his targets, but only picked up 11 yards. The second-year wideout is competing with fellow wide receivers Jalen Guyton and Josh Palmer for No. 3 spot behind Keenan Allen and Mike Williams. The former Oklahoma Sooner has generated some buzz in training camp and depending on where he winds up on the depth chart, Johnson could be a sleeper entering the 2021 season. The Chargers have rested all of their main starters for preseason games, but they expect to be one of the higher scoring offenses entering the season and Johnson could be worth a dart throw at the end of upcoming drafts.--Daniel Burdeen - RotoBaller
