4 years agoTyson Nam (20-12-1) met a tough task in Matt Schnell on Wednesday in Abu Dhabi and was unable to get the finish or the nod from all three judges. Though Nam received a 29-28 score from one judge, the other two scored it the same but in favor of Schnell. With two knockouts in a row coming into this matchup, Nam may have been headhunting a bit too much, looking to land the big right hand. Statistically, Nam landed 58 significant strikes, while neither fighter attempted a takedown. If Nam can abandon the notion of being a one-trick pony as he stated before the matchup, he can be a very formidable fighter in this division.--Matt Bricker - RotoBaller
