6 years agoUpdating an earlier report, Chicago Cubs starting pitcher Jon Lester (hamstring) left Monday’s contest early with left hamstring tightness. Lester looked good over two innings with four strikeouts, three hits allowed, zero runs and a walk. Lester is scheduled to face Mike Trout and the Angels this weekend, but that is no certainty at the moment.
