3 years agoDetroit Tigers outfielder Victor Reyes went 4-for-5 with three runs scored in a 14-0 win over the Rangers on Monday night. It was a season-high for Reyes after previously struggling in his time with Detroit this year, as he is slashing .193/.220/.295 with one home run, two steals, four RBI and 12 runs scored over 29 games. He's been hitting well in the minors this year, slashing .371/.468/.539 with one home run, 11 RBI and 16 runs scored over 25 games. Hopefully Monday's performance could be a sign of Reyes turning things around at the plate, but until he shows sustained success in the majors, managers can safely ignore him in all formats.--Michael Grennell - RotoBaller
