4 years agoPhiladelphia Phillies pitcher Vince Velasquez seems ticketed for the bullpen to start the 2021 season, according to NBC Sports Philadelphia. Velasquez had been competing with Matt Moore and Chase Anderson who will start the season in the starting rotation. Velasquez has high upside in fantasy when he does start thanks to a swinging-strike rate that's been above 11 percent in three straight seasons. Velasquez will surely start at some point this season and can be deployed when facing a weak lineup; for now, however, Velasquez doesn't need to be rostered in fantasy leagues.--Mike Schwarzenbach - RotoBaller
