4 years agoPhiladelphia Phillies starter Vince Velasquez had his start pushed back to Sunday after Friday's game was postponed due to rain. Velasquez wasn't particularly sharp in his first outing, surrendering two long-balls, so perhaps the extra couple days will do him some good. The 28-year-old needs to show better command of his pitches after registering a 1.389 WHIP in 2019. Velasquez is a back-end starter at best in season-long leagues but can be used more often in DFS for his ability to rack up strikeouts.--Tim Capurso
