4 years agoCarolina Hurricanes center Vincent Trocheck had a two-point night against Florida on Thursday, recording a goal and an assist in a 3-0 win. Sebastian Aho registered the game-winner on a power play and Martin Necas also had a goal and an assist. Trocheck has been a very bad man against his former team this season, posting six goals and eight points in six meetings. He now has 16 goals and 32 points for the season in 30 games with 87 shots and 61 hits. The Pittsburgh-born forward is on a 12-game tear during which he's collected 17 points.
