4 years agoWashington Capitals Vitek Vanecek will make his 11th start of the season on Sunday against Pittsburgh. The rookie netminder got off to a superb start to his career and didn't suffer a single regulation defeat in January, but he's so far lost all three appearances in February. Vanecek has a 5-2-2 record for the season with a 3.18 goals-against average and a .903 save percentage. He took a 5-4 overtime loss on Jan. 19 in his first career start against the Penguins. Vanecek has posted an awful .855 save percentage this month, so it's very hard to trust him on Sunday.--Taavi Pailk - RotoBaller
