Vladimir Guerrero Jr. Continues To Rake On Monday
6 years agoToronto Blue Jays third base prospect Vladimir Guerrero Jr. continued to make Double-A pitching look silly Monday. Guerrero went 2-for-4 Monday with a run and RBI. Vlad Jr. is now hitting an absurd .433 on the season with 10 home runs and 50 RBI to go along with a ridiculous 1.194 OPS. The Blue Jays will continue to delay his service time, but Guerrero has clearly shown he has mastered the Double-A level. There isn’t much more that Guerrero has to do to receive a promotion and he should be able to force his way to the big leagues at some point this year. He should be rostered in all formats, as he remains one of the most polished prospects in the game.
