3 years agoCincinnati Reds right-hander Vladimir Gutierrez struggled in a 7-6 win over the Washington Nationals on Saturday. Gutierrez allowed four runs over 2 2/3 innings of work while striking out three and walking four. The rookie hurler has really been struggling on the mound of late, posting a 7.39 ERA over his past seven starts. Overall, Gutierrez has a 9-6 record, 4.74 ERA, 1.41 WHIP, and 88 strikeouts in 114 innings of work. Gutierrez will make his final start of the regular season on Friday against the Pittsburgh Pirates.--Matt T - RotoBaller
