7 years agoFormer Indianapolis Colts cornerback Vontae Davis has officially been cleared from core surgery he underwent late last season, per NFL Insider Adam Schefter. After being released by the Colts in November, Davis hits the free-agent market with plenty of potential suitors. Although Davis' prime  is closing due to age and injury, the 29-year-old is fully capable of matching up with some of the best wide receivers in the NFL. He can be an instant improvement to any team he signs with should he manage to stay healthy.--TMax-12
