3 years agoSt. Louis Cardinals starting pitcher Wade LeBlanc pitched well on Friday, falling one out shy of a quality start. LeBlanc tossed 5 2/3 innings against the Twins, allowing just one run on six hits and two walks, striking out three. LeBlanc has been somewhat surprisingly competent as a starter with the Cardinals, and lowered his ERA to 4.17. With the Cardinals acquiring J.A. Happ and Jon Lester on Friday, it's currently unclear how those three soft-tossing lefties will fit into the rotation, but LeBlanc is really only an option in the deepest formats at this point.--David A Marcillo - RotoBaller
