3 years agoCincinnati Reds left-hander Wade Miley was excellent in a 4-3 win over the New York Mets on Tuesday. Miley allowed two runs (one earned) over 6 1/3 innings of work in the win while striking out eight and walking two. It was a solid outing for Miley, who overcame a first-inning solo homer to Pete Alonso to improve his record to 8-4. Miley has been a consistent fantasy producer this season, having allowed two earned runs or less in all but three of his starts. He will take a 2.72 ERA, 1.18 WHIP, and 84 strikeouts over 102 2/3 innings into his next start, which comes against the Chicago Cubs.--Matt T - RotoBaller
