4 years agoCincinnati Reds left-hander Wade Miley was roughed up in an 8-7 loss to the Chicago Cubs on Monday. Miley coughed up six runs (five earned) over 1 2/3 innings of work while striking out three and walking two. It was a disappointing Reds debut for the southpaw, who signed a two-year, $15 million pact with Cincy in the offseason. Miley struggled in Cactus League action back in March before the pandemic hit and wasn't much better on Monday. He will look to improve in a much easier start against the Detroit Tigers on Saturday.--Matt T - RotoBaller
