3 years agoCincinnati Reds left-hander Wade Miley struggled in a 5-4 loss to the St. Louis Cardinals in Game 1 of a Wednesday doubleheader. Miley allowed five runs on 12 hits over four innings of work while striking out two and walking one. It was a rough start for Miley, who coughed up three homers in the loss. Following the outing, Miley's record dropped to 11-5, to go along with a 2.97 ERA, 1.27 WHIP, and 114 strikeouts over 148 2/3 innings of work. Fantasy gamers can certainly forgive Miley's slip-up as he has been a consistent fantasy contributor this season.
