Walker Buehler Could Miss As Much As 10-12 Weeks
2 years agoLos Angeles Dodgers starting pitcher Walker Buehler (elbow) could be out as long as 10 to 12 weeks after having a bone spur removed from his right elbow on Monday, but there is still hope that he'll return before the end of the season. He's also dealing with a flexor strain. The good news for the Dodgers is that left-hander Andrew Heaney could rejoin the starting rotation this weekend, and right-hander Dustin May is about six weeks away. Buehler wasn't quite as good as his normal self over 12 starts before the injury with a 4.02 ERA and 1.29 WHIP, but he still should remain stashed in an injured list spot in all fantasy leagues in case he can contribute later in the second half.
