7 years agoLos Angeles Dodgers top pitching prospect Walker Buehler will come up from minor league camp to start in the club's Cactus League game on Friday before heading back to the minors. Buehler won't be on the Opening Day roster but looks to be called up toward the end of the season to give the team a fresh arm. He'll throw a career-high 150 or so innings this year and brings a mix of four plus pitches, including a high-90s heater that devastated the Cubs last Saturday. In two innings of work, he fanned five, which led Cubs announcer Len Kasper to anoint Buehler as the best prospect he'd seen this spring.
