6 years agoAtlanta Braves starting pitcher Walker Buehler will start Game 3 of the National League Division Series against the Braves, according to manager Dave Roberts. Buehler had his best performance in Game 163 to decide the NL West on Monday, holding the strong lineup of the Rockies to just one hit in 6 2/3 innings. Buehler has been nearly unhittable to close out the regular season and went 8-5 with a 2.62 ERA, 0.96 WHIP and 9.9 K/9 in 24 games (23 starts) in 2018. He faced the Braves back on June 8 and held them to one run on just two hits while striking out four in 5 1/3 innings for the win.
