6 years agoLos Angeles Dodgers starting pitcher Walker Buehler will be limited in his season debut on Sunday against the Arizona Diamondbacks, announced manager Dave Roberts. The skipper hopes that the 24-year-old can get through five innings of work, but he also won't get near the 100-pitch mark. The Dodgers are likely being cautious with their young arm so he does not go down the path of fellow Dodger starter Clayton Kershaw, who has been hampered with shoulder issues and is currently on the injured list. In 2018, Buehler went 8-5 with a 2.62 ERA over 137 1/3 innings while also punching out 151 and walking just 37. If he is in your DFS lineup, it's best to look for an alternative from the afternoon slate of games, as Buehler is clearly capped on upside.--Steve Janik - RotoBaller
