2 years agoLos Angeles Dodgers manager Dave Roberts provided an update on injured starting pitcher Walker Buehler after the club's game on Saturday where he revealed the ace won't pick up a baseball for 6-8 weeks. The MRI revealed a strain in his elbow, but no surgery will be required as he will go with the rest and rehab approach. Roberts stated that he won't rule out a return to the mound this season as the time frame would keep him from throwing until the end of July or start of August, so there is hope that he can get back up to speed for the final month of the year.
