5 years agoWith the 108th pick in the 2020 NFL Draft, the Washington Redskins selected LSU offensive tackle Saahdiq Charles. Despite off-the-field issues with the Tigers that kept him from playing at times, Charles is a talented player who had the skill set to be a Day 2 pick. With Washington trading Trent Williams on Saturday, the team had the need to add an offensive lineman, and if Charles is able to stay out of trouble, he’ll have a chance to contribute to this line. Replacing Williams is a tall ask, though, but if Charles reaches his potential, he’ll add needed protection for quarterback Dwayne Haskins.--Justin Carter - RotoBaller
