4 years agoNew York Giants running back Wayne Gallman rushed six times for 45 yards in a loss to the Rams on Sunday. Gallman was not targeted in the passing game. Devonta Freeman led the backfield with 11 carries, but Gallman was the more effective rusher out-gaining Freeman 45 to 33. By rushing for 45 yards Gallman set a new season-high in rushing yards for any Giants running back as the offensive line has been ineffective and QB Daniel Jones has been struggling allowing teams to load up to stop the run. Gallman has a solid matchup with Dallas in Week 5, but at this point it's hard to trust any Giants running back in anything but a deeper league.--Mike Schwarzenbach - RotoBaller
