Wayne Gallman Should Lead New York Backfield Again
4 years agoNew York Giants running back Wayne Gallman has led the backfield over the last three weeks and should see enough touches to be a startable fantasy option in Week 10. Gallman has double-digit carries in three straight games in the absence of Devonta Freeman (ankle), though Alfred Morris and Dion Lewis have also been involved. Freeman did practice earlier in the week but reaggravated his ankle injury so his status for Sunday is up in the air. Assuming Freeman isn't active, Gallman is a volume-based RB3 in a tough matchup with an Eagles Defense that allows the sixth-fewest fantasy points to opposing running backs.
