Wayne Gallman To Serve As Primary Back For Giants In Week 9
4 years agoNew York Giants running back Wayne Gallman will be the team's primary ball-carrier again in Week 9 versus Washington as Devonta Freeman (ankle) remains sidelined. Gallman led Big Blue in carries last week and has double-digit carries in back to back games. Gallman also received the goal line work last week plunging into the end zone from two yards out. Despite being the lead dog, Gallman is a flex-worthy starter at best versus a rested Washington defense. The Football Team allows the fifth-fewest fantasy points to opposing running backs meaning Gallman will likely need to find the end zone again to be productive for fantasy.
