4 years agoHaving not tasted defeat since her professional debut, strawweight champion Weili Zhang (21-2) lost to Rose Namajunas in Saturday's co-main event via first-round knockout. The bout only lasted 78 seconds, leading to Zhang only tallying five significant strikes. Don't look for the now-former champion to be down and out, though. She is a very skilled fighter with great striking skills. Look for Zhang to rebound nicely, especially if she is given an immediate rematch with Namajunas in the near future.--Matt Bricker - RotoBaller
