7 years agoPhiladelphia Eagles running back Wendell Smallwood hurt his chances of making the team in practice on Tuesday, whiffing on a blitz pickup, dropping a screen pass and botching a handoff exchange with quarterback Joe Callahan. Smallwood has not been good so far in training camp this year after continuously falling down the depth chart last season. He appeared in just eight games last season and was a healthy scratch for most of the second half of the season and the playoffs. Expect him to be behind Jay Ajayi, Corey Clement and Darren Sproles on the depth chart entering the season.--Keith Hernandez - RotoBaller
