3 years agoWashington Football Team running back Wendell Smallwood and defensive end Daniel Wise were the latest players on the team to be placed on the Reserve/COVID-19 list on Friday after testing positive for the virus, according to a source. Smallwood has played in only one game for Washington 2021, when he caught both his targets for 12 yards and rushed once for a 13-yard gain in the Week 13 win over the Las Vegas Raiders. The 27-year-old will have until Tuesday to return a negative test and be cleared from the protocols. If pass-catching back J.D.
