3 years agoChicago White Sox infielder Jake Burger has been optioned to Triple-A Charlotte on Monday. Burger made his big-league debut on July 2. Burger overcame two ruptured Achilles and has accomplished many hurdles throughout his young career to get to where he is at in his career. Burger hit .263 with one home run and three RBI in 38 at-bats, but it's probably best for both him and the White Sox that he gets everyday at-bats in Triple-A. Burger may not have much value in redraft leagues, but he is a name to keep an eye on in dynasty leagues and for next season.--Daniel Burdeen - RotoBaller
