4 years agoThe Chicago White Sox have agreed to terms with second-round pick Jared Kelley. The right-handed pitcher was projected to go in first round and was considered a steal for the White Sox. Kelley can throw the ball hard and was paid close to double his slot value to skip college and start his professional career. Kelley is a long way from the big leagues, but he has big-time upside if he makes it all the way up, so keep an eye on him in dynasty/keeper formats.--Daniel Burdeen - RotoBaller
