6 years agoSan Diego Padres outfielder Wil Myers achieved his best game of the season Saturday night, blasting a home run and collecting three RBI in four at-bats. Myers crushed an opposite-field dinger in the third inning then brought home two more Padres with a double in the fifth. Myers has battled various ailments this season and Saturday was only his 19th game. He's struggled since returning on June 21 but is 6-for-17 (.353) in his last four games with three extra-base hits and a steal. The injuries have limited his campaign to just two homers, nine runs, seven RBI and two steals while slashing .278/.307/.431. Barring further calamities, Myers should contribute well-rounded numbers for fantasy owners in the second half of the season.--Andrew Le - RotoBaller
