3 years agoSan Diego Padres outfielder Wil Myers had a big day at the plate Wednesday night, going 2-for-4 with two homers and three RBI against the Colorado Rockies. Myers now has 15 long balls on the year to go with 42 runs, 52 RBI, and seven steals. Now that Fernando Tatis Jr. has shifted to the outfield, Myers figures to lose a significant amount of playing time as the odd man out, so this performance could not have come at a better time.
