2 years agoSan Francisco 49ers quarterback Jimmy Garoppolo is still with the franchise after months of trade speculation. While many clubs have entered the conversation regarding a potential deal, nothing has happened. However, NFL Network's David Carr believes the Giants may make a move to acquire his services. New York would certainly benefit from Garoppolo's experience and leadership, especially as it relates to the development of Daniel Jones. He could also start if things go south for Jones, which is possible based on his years of subpar production. Nonetheless, although other teams may get involved leading up to training camp, nobody may look to bring the veteran in unless he demonstrates his shoulder is 100%, including the Browns, an organization also reportedly looking to add him to its roster.--Dennis Clausen - RotoBaller
