3 years agoLas Vegas Raiders wide receiver Henry Ruggs III is looking to make a bigger impact in Week 3 as his team hosts the Miami Dolphins. The 22-year-old had five receptions on seven targets for 113 yards against the Pittsburgh Steelers in Week 2, including a 61-yard reception for a touchdown late in the fourth quarter that helped propel the Raiders to a 27-16 victory. While Ruggs has shown he can be a powerful offensive weapon, it's hard to gauge how much work he'll get since Derek Carr targeted his receivers pretty evenly last week. Fantasy managers should consider Ruggs a high-end flex option this Sunday.--Chelena Goldman
