3 years agoAtlanta Braves closer Will Smith has yet to blow a save in 2021, picking up his ninth on Monday. Atlanta defeated Washington 5-3. Smith pitched just in the ninth inning, recording one strikeout. He has appeared in 21 games adding 26 strikeouts, and carries a 1-4 record. With Smith's success early in the season, we could see the Braves continue to stick with the left-handed hurler in the closer role.--Andrew Lennox - RotoBaller
