3 years agoSeattle Mariners relief pitcher Will Vest was reinstated from the COVID list prior to Saturday evening's game. He takes relief pitcher Erik Swanson's spot on the roster, as Swanson was placed on the injured list himself. Vest, added by the Mariners in the Rule 5 draft, has been decently effective out of the bullpen despite a 4.22 ERA in 21 1/3 innings for the year. In the wide-open Seattle relief picture, he figures to get the occasional save or hold, but he isn't worth rostering in any fantasy formats.--Doug Goldring - RotoBaller
