William Byron Posts Another Top-Five Result For Hendricks
3 years agoWilliam Byron was consistently up front throughout most of the race on Sunday at Las Vegas. Though Byron only led eight laps in all, he finished in second after the opening stage. Then the No. 24 car followed up with a fourth place result. Byron ultimately wound up fifth after rallying back. Four of the top six drivers on Sunday started in the 12th-20th range. It was interesting how these cars managed to bounce back and perform. These low to medium wear tracks have yielded one interesting Next-Gen trend. Byron picked up on how to race this tri-oval.
