7 years agoVegas Golden Knights center William Karlsson made sure that the team would clinch the Pacific division in style, as he scored the 3-2 winner on Saturday against San Jose with a short-handed beauty, finishing a breakaway with a between-the-legs move. He now has three goals in the last four games, taking the race for the Rocket Richard Trophy very seriously. The 25-year-old Swede trails Alexander Ovechkin by just three goals with three games to go, and he has a favorable schedule to cap off his unbelievable season on top of the goal-scoring chart. Vegas plays Vancouver next, against whom Karlsson has three goals in three games, and they finish off the regular season with trips to Calgary and Edmonton.
