Through 23 Maple Leafs contests, Nylander has nine goals and 10 assists. He has 48 shots on goal with an 18.8 shooting percentage, which is the highest of Nylander's six-year NHL career. With a substantial amount of injuries through Toronto's lineup, Nylander has been slotted on the second line.
