4 years agoTexas Rangers designated hitter Willie Calhoun went 3-for-4 with a double and a home run during the club's 8-6 win over the Boston Red Sox on Saturday. He also drove in two runs and scored twice. The 26-year-old batter is hitting .333 with a 153 wRC+ through 12 games. He got off to a late start to the year due to a groin injury. Calhoun looked like he was poised for a breakout season in 2019 after hitting 21 home runs in 83 games. His 2020 season, though, was ruined by injuries. The Rangers will look to keep their promising, young designated hitter healthy for the remainder of the season. He is an intriguing fantasy bat despite the lack of positional flexibility.--Marc Hulet - RotoBaller
