Willie Snead Leads Ravens In Receptions Once Again
6 years agoBaltimore Ravens wide receiver Willie Snead once again led the team in receptions. Snead snagged five of 11 targets for 54 yards against the Carolina Panthers in Week 8, marking the second time in three weeks he has topped the team in both categories. The 11 passes are the most passes that the 26-year-old has seen this year. However, he failed to haul in at least 50 percent of his targets for a second consecutive week. The fourth-year veteran caught at least 60 percent of his passes in each of the first six weeks. Snead has grabbed five or more passes in five games this season, but he has only one touchdown and has not surpassed 60 receiving yards. Going forward, Snead is a flex option in PPR leagues at best.
