5 years agoThe Chicago Cubs have placed catcher Willson Contreras (hamstring) on the 10-day injured list with a right hamstring strain. It’s a big blow to fantasy owners as Contreras is one of the best contributors behind the dish. There is currently no timetable for his return and the Cubs have recalled Taylor Davis from Triple-A Iowa. Victor Caratini will receive the bulk of at-bats with Contreras absent and isn’t a bad replacement option for owners.--Daniel Burdeen - RotoBaller
