7 years agoTampa Bay Rays shortstop prospect Willy Adames upped his batting average to .320 after picking up three more hits in five at-bats Sunday. Adames is one of the best pure hitters at the shortstop position and seems ready to make an impact for the Rays when they are ready to call his name. In addition to his good contact, he owns a strong eye and has a .866 OPS. Adames should see the big league level this year and will be worth owning in all formats when his time comes.
