3 years agoMilwaukee Brewers shortstop Willy Adames went 3-for-5 with a solo home run, double and three runs scored Tuesday against Pittsburgh. Adames did the majority of his damage on a home run against Max Kranick. He now has 19 homers on the season and has slugged three in his last five starts. While he's produced plenty of power, Tuesday's effort marks only his third multi-hit effort in his last 13 games. Adames now has a .260/.336/.488 line across 411 plate appearances on the campaign. He's been amazing since being traded over to the Brewers, batting in the heart of their order, and seemingly turned into the team leader as of late.--James Stokke
